About the trade
All incoming and outgoing traffic is tracked and it will result in a ratio. If the ratio is higher than 80% (which means you can receive 1000 hits after sending 800), you can add your content to the system. The plug will be queued or processed inmediately, depending on the amount of plugs in the system.
